A very important thing that is, most often than not, neglected is self-care for parents. We usually find ourselves very busy and pre-occupied with work and parenting that we forget to look after ourselves. Almost always, we want to do it but it never seems to happen. What we should remember is that we need to be purposeful and plan for it. Self-care differs from person to person and it’s just a matter of finding the one that can rejuvenate us.

In this episode, I’ll be sharing with you the different areas of self-care in the different parts of our life and how we can apply it successfully to have the physical and mental energy we need:

  • Workplace or professional self-care
  • Self-care for stay-at-home mums
  • Physical self-care
  • Psychological self-care
  • Emotional self-care
  • Spiritual self-care
  • Relationship self-care
